This policy explains what personal data Evergreenfield s.r.o. ("we", "us") collects when you visit evergreenfield.eu, how it is used, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, and email address. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies to measure anonymous page traffic (page views, session duration, referrer). No personally identifiable data is included in analytics events. You may decline cookies using the banner shown on first visit.

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records IP addresses, browser user agents, and requested URLs in server logs. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contact form data: performance of a pre-contractual measure at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Analytics cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Server logs: legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Contact form enquiries are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised before storage.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@evergreenfield.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

A cookie consent banner is shown on first visit. Clicking "Accept" enables analytics cookies. Clicking "Reject" disables them. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage and is not sent to our servers.
